The requirements apply to the declaration regarding the beneficial owner of assets. Declaration of beneficial ownership may be submitted either:
- in electronic form, signed by a qualified electronic signature; or
- by TAN process or similar method with reliable attribution (e.g. IP address); or
- as electronic copy, manually signed (compare signature on form with that on ID)
